LES ALCUSSES RED WINE
Les Alcusses is a red wine aged in Valencia, made by the Celler del Roure winery with the varieties Cabernet, Monastrell and Syrah. Its vineyards, at 550 meters of altitude, are in Moixent and Serra Grossa (near Gandía). A reference wine within the wines that are made in the Valencian Community.
The harvest is done manually. After destemming, a maceration of 25 days is carried out and an aging of 5 months is carried out in French oak barrels.
A very Mediterranean wine with its ripe tannins present, it has a good acidity and volume.
At sight it has an intense cherry color with purple trim.
In the nose, it recalls the aromas of black and red fruit with spicy notes, light balsamic touches and soft toasted notes.
With ripe tannins present, it has good acidity and good long finish in the mouth.
Alcoholic graduation: 14.5%
It is perfect for pasta, rice with meat, red meats and rice pudding.
