Cava Sutra is a cava made by Bodegas Antonio Arráez. The grapes (Macabeo and Chardonnay) come from selected vineyards of the Valencian High Plateau. The clay soils and oriented to the north make these grapes reach a real balanced maturity, with soft acidity and a great fruity character.

The first fermentation is carried out at low temperature to preserve freshness and varietal aromas. Towards the end of November the tirage is made, and the 2nd fermentation in bottle takes place in the underground cell at a constant temperature of 16ºC, where it rests for at least 9 months. The philosophy: Dare, break with the conventional and let yourself be seduced by this cava.

A suggestive Cava that invites us to escape and enjoy the best company.

At sight it has a bright pale yellow color.

They emphasize the white fruits with light touches citrus, that bring freshness.

It is a round cava and velvety, with a soft palate and a fine bubble.

Alcoholic graduation: 11.5%

It is ideal for appetizers, white meats, rice dishes, pastas, tapas and desserts.

Capacity: 0.75 l.
