It is made without any additives, unfiltered and unpasteurized, it means, in a totally handmade way. The ingredients of La Socarrada 0.33 l. are Water, Malta, Hops and yeasts of high fermentation. What makes this craft beer different is rosemary honey and rosemary.

La Socarrada comes from the name "Socarrats" that is how people from Xàtiva are called because of a fire that was in the eighteenth century and hence the name of this craft beer.

A Mediterranean gastronomic beer that perfectly fits with rice and not with a good paella.

Continue to mature inside the bottle and with residual yeast in the bottom of the bottle necessary for its evolution.
